Shifting tricep dips - elbows pointed back, shift your weight to each side, press up & lower down.

Push up - Holding on to the sides of the chair, keep your back straight and go as low as you can.

Rear leg lift - tuck your pelvis and press behind you through your heel.

Wall squat - get low in a squat and hold...and read...and wait...

Single leg deadlift - lower purse to floor, then stand up squeezing butt.

Pile squat - feet at 45° angle, keep chest up and squat down and up squeezing inner thighs.
