What you’ll need

Red-Green glasses
Buy

Red or pink marker

Dry-Erase board
1
Light green marker
Place red-green glasses on or over your normally worn glasses.

Use a red or pink marker and a light green marker to play puzzle games on a white dry-erase board

You can play hangman, tic tac toe, connect the dots, etc by yourself or with a friend / parent

Notice that when you close one eye, you can only see one of the colors

Make sure you can see both the red and green on the board (this means you’re using both eyes)

If either red or green disappear, BLINK and try to focus on seeing both colors at the same time

Perform this exercise 10 minutes a day, 5 days a week for several weeks
7
The final goal is to perform the activity without any of the colors disappearing at all times
