In a mixing bowl, add 2 blue portioning spoons of bloom veggie mix

Add one blue portioning spoon full of quinoa blend

Using the squeeze bottle of sherry vinaigrette, add 2 oz to the bloom veggie mix and quinoa blend

Using tongs mix the sherry vinaigrette into the bloom veggie mix and quinoa blend

In the bloom bowl dish add 4-6 bib lettuce leaves fanned out like a rose

Transfer the ingredients from the mixing bowl on top of the bed of bib lettuce

Using a spoon, in a circular motion apply three spoons of poppy yogurt

Using a yellow portioning spoon, add a sprinkling of roasted chickpeas

Lastly, place 4-5 cilantro leaves
