What you’ll need
1.5 cups
Quaker Oats
1/3 cup
Raw Honey
1/2 tsp
A few dashes of Cinnamon
3/4 cup
Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 ripe banana
Banana
1/4 tsp
Tumeric
1 egg
Eggs
1/4 cup
Pure Maple Syrup
1/2 tbsp
Baking Powder
Pour quick-oats into medium sized bowl

Pour skim milk or nut milk into bowl

Attempt to gracefully crack an egg

Add vanilla extract

Add banana and mash it all together

Mix it and mash it. Mix it and mash it.

Add the honey

Add maple syrup

Pour cinnamon

Add tumeric

Fully mix wet and dry ingredients

Don’t forget the baking powder!

Spray pan with cooking spray

Pour the mix into your pan !!

Put in the oven and bake for 24-26 minutes
