Grab you stuff: 1 egg, strainer, 2 bowls, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, sea salt, and pot of water

Crack a fresh egg into a strainer to let the excess liquid drip out. Then transfer to a clean bowl.

Strain excess liquid out and transfer your egg to a clean bowl

Bring water to a boil then reduce to low/med. Add ACV, sea salt, and slide in egg. Cook for 2.5-3min

Remove egg after 2.5 mins (3 mins for a firmer yolk), dab onto paper towel, then put on your plate

Serve with your choice of sides. I used queso fresco, avocado, Jamon iberico, and seasoning.
