Chinese 5 Spice
2 sprigs
Spring Onion
5 cloves
Garlic

Ground White Pepper

Soy Sauce
Cut pork belly in strips

1. Render fat from the meat 2. Add chopped spring onions and shallots

When the smell of onion is out, add garlic

After a minute, pour sugar and soy sauce

1. Pour water to cover the meat. 2. Add Chinese five spice and white pepper

Add quail eggs and dried tofu. Close lid and pressure cook for 25min.

Reduce.
