How toSweet Tomato Pie

Heat oven to 450. Roll pastry dough to fit a round pie dish. Bake for 10 min or until light brown.

Heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and sugar; saute until until very carmalized

Process cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, mustard, Parmesan, basil and green onions until well mixed.

Add half of the cooked onions to the pie crust.

Next, add half the cream cheese mixture and tomatoes.

Add half of the shredded gruyere, salt and pepper and some julienned basil leaves.

Repeat steps

Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until pie is browned and bubbling. Enjoy!
