What you’ll need

Sweet Potato
1 cup
Quinoa
To Taste
Pink Himalayan salt (or sea salt) And Ground Black Pepper
To taste
Olive oil
15.5 oz
Canned Chickpeas
1 handful
Cherry tomatoes
1 Tbsp.
Onion powder
1 Tbsp.
Italian Seasoning
1/2 Head
Broccoli
1-2 Tbsp.
Tahini
1 Tbsp.
Garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel, Chop and season sweet potatoes w/spices & oil. Bake for 25 min.

Drain, rinse and season chickpeas w/ spices and oil. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.

Chop broccoli into florets and season. Season cherry tomatoes and bake together for 20 minutes.

Cook Quinoa according to package.

Assemble, add your favorite garnishes & drizzle Tahini over veggies and enjoy 😊
