Salad: 2-3c of cooked pasta. 1 can chick peas, drained & rinsed. 2-3c of chopped vegetables.

Pro tip: If using cucumbers, de-seed them for a less soggy salad.

Mix pasta and preferred vegetables. Salt & pepper to taste.

Dressing: 1 avocado, 1/2 cup fresh basil, 1 lemon juiced, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1/4c water

Blend dry dressing ingredients. Then add water and blend till smooth.

Mixing dressing with salad. Serve chilled.
