Gather proper clothing

Pick up a running app to help track your pace and distance.

Pick a nice trail/path to run on. Great views help distract the mind!

Stream your favorite playlist (or even a good podcast).

Choose a comfortable distance for your run. One you can maintain pace and breathing with.

Lace up your favorite running shoes. Bonus points if they’re bright colored!

Put your headphones in so you can jam to your favorite tunes.

Find a running buddy and/or group. Activities are always more fun with friends.

Push start on your running app!

Put one foot in front of the other at a comfortable speed.

Don’t forget to breathe!!!

Push stop on your running app once you’ve completed the distance you set out to do.

Drink plenty of water after your run. Hydration is important.
