write the date

Ask yourself: why am I writing today? what emotion do i need to share? Bonus: add a title!

do not be afraid to get vulnerable

Write like you are talking with a friend. Use it as a space of healing and remembrance.

Once your thoughts are down, finish with a mood statement and maybe a little design.
