How toStanding Hip/Groin Opening Stretch

Stand on 1 foot with knee bent. Bring knee up as close to chest as possible.

Drive knee out to side to “open hips & stretch groin”. Use hand on knee as guide if needed.

Slowly bring knee back to front of chest. & lower back down to ground. Goal: large range of motion.
