6 steps
Head and chest up. Keep your eyes fixed at a point in front of you.

Your feet should be shoulder width, knees slightly bent, butt out, and feet slightly opened.

Press your feet down to the ground. As you go down, shoot the butt out to maintain proper form.

On the way up, press feet down to the ground, squeeze your butt, keep your abs tight, & breathe out.

• For beginners try to go as low as you can go. • For the more advanced, butt below knee.
