What you’ll need
1 lb cooked & crumbled
bacon

eggs
salt & pepper

9 inch pie crust
2 cups chopped
Spinach
Food Processor
1 1/2 cups
shredded white cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups
heavy cream
Place bacon on greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees

Let bacon cool, then crumble and set aside for later

Chop spinach and set aside

In food processor, combine eggs, cream, salt, and pepper

unroll pie crust into 9 inch pie dish and flute edges

Layer spinach, cheese, and bacon in pie crust, and repeat until all is used

Pour egg mixture over crust and bake for 35-45 minutes at 375 degrees

Let cool on a cooling rack, cut into 8 slices, and enjoy!
