What you’ll need
1 Package
Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage
Whole package
Sundried Tomatoes
2 ish cups
Spinach
1 Package
Pasta (I like This Banza One)
Half a package
Artichoke Hearts (I Do Frozen)
1-2 tbsp
Olive oil (I Like This Garlic One)
Whole Container
Pesto
1 whole large
Zucchini
1/2 Cup
Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
Dice up all of your veggies + sausage.

Cook sausage with a little bit of oil over medium heat.

Once sausage is lightly brown, add in all of your veggies.

Bring water to a boil, add salt, and toss pasta in. Cook until tender, drain, and set aside.

At the same time, keep your sausage, veggie mixture cooking until done, remove from heat + set aside

Add in your cooked pasta and stir until well incorporated.

Add in pesto and stir until coated.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Pop whole pan under the broiler for 2-3 minutes. Remove once cheese is brown + bubbly.

Serve, top with grated Parmesan + Enjoy!
