What you’ll need
300gr
Cherry Tomatoes
1 clove
garlic
Basil
200gr
Spaghetti
Sauté garlic with extra virgin olive oil

Add the cherry tomatoes

Adjust with salt and pepper

100gr of spaghetti per person. Salt the water... should be salted like the ocean

Gently cook the cherry tomatoes till soft and start breaking apart

Chop basil finely

Add to the tomatoes and let simmer

Cook pasta 80% of the recommend cooking time (should be mentioned on the packaging)

Add pasta to the sauce and keep cooking until pasta is well combined with the sauce. Add pasta water

Serve and add basil and pepper. If you like add Calabrian pepper and EVOO
