What you’ll need
1 pounds
Chicken Tenders
2 tbsp
Low Sodium Soy Or Stir Fry Sauce Of Your Choice!
2 bags
Steam Fresh Veggie Medley
3-4 tbsp total
Olive Or Sesame Oil
1 bag
Bean Sprouts!
Add 1-2 tbsp oil to the pan Over med/high heat

While oil is heating, steam your frozen veggies or prep your fresh veggies - whatever you prefer!

When oil is hot, add the chicken tenders and cook until no longer pink inside

If you steamed your frozen veggies, strain the water out

Stir that chicken around while it cooks!!

Take the chicken out of the pan and cut into bite sized pieces when it’s cooked through

Add more oil to the pan and fry those bean sprouts until tender

Add the rest of the veggies!

Add the chicken back in the pan, give it a stir and use soy sauce or sauce if choose and stir!

When all the flavor is blended together- serve over brown rice or as is!! Delish both ways!
