What you’ll need
4 fillets
Fresh salmon filet
2 Tbsp + 1
Onion and Olive Oil
2 Tbsp
Pine Nuts
3 Tbsp
Dill
2 Tbsp
Horseradish
1/2 cup
Unsweetened Almond Mill
Water
1 Head
Cauliflower
pinch
Salt and Pepper

Lemon
Sauté Onion in Olive Oil, add cauliflower florets

Mix until fully covered.

Add Pine Nuts and mix.

Pour almond milk, water and a pinch of salt.

Raise heat to high and simmer until cauliflower is tender...

Set aside and fry Salmon fillets seasoned with salt and pepper in the remaining olive oil.

Meanwhile, transfer cauliflower in a food processor and add horseradish.

Pulse, pulse, pulse.

Plate with Puree first, top with Salmon, sprinkle Dill and drizzle with lemon.
