What you’ll need
1/3 cup
Raw Cashews
1/4 teaspoon
Smoked Paprika
1/2 teaspoon
Onion Powder
1/3 cup
Walnuts Whole
1 teaspoon
Ground Chipotle Chili Pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Sea Salt
3 tablespoons
Shelled Hemp Seeds
1/3 cup
Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 teaspoon
Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Chop nuts and add chopped nuts + pumpkin seeds to a bowl!

Add spices and 1 tablespoon olive oil—stir!

Spread out on baking sheet (parchment paper optional)

Add hemp seeds to bowl and drizzle with olive oil; stir

Bake at 300 F for 12-15min until lightly toasted.

Take out of oven and immediately add to hemp seeds. Stir.

Let cool on pan, then put on salad and eat!! Store in air tight container for up to 1 week.
