Keep rolling and rotating the dough until it’s 1/8” thick

Fold all the edges in gently so the dough doesn’t tear

Place it in the center of a greased pan and unfold, draping the dough gently over the pan’s sides

Use the backs of your fingers to press the dough into the corners and creases of the pan
