Onion
Olive Oil
Black Pepper

Dried Oregano
Kosher Salt
Preheat oven to 400°. Chop onion.

Chop garlic.

Chop tomatoes.

Sauté onion and garlic with salt in an oven safe skillet with olive oil.

Add tomatoes, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes and sauté for 10 minutes.

Sauté tomatoes until they release their juices.

Season shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Position shrimp on top of the tomato mixture. Crumble feta cheese on top.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until shrimp are cooked.

Take pan out of the oven, garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
