Unscrew the legs.

Push the seat cushion away from the bench.

Use a flathead screwdriver or staple remover to get rid of the staples attaching fabric to cushion.

Pull away old fabric.

Place new fabric on top of cushion and pull excess to the backside. Staple fabric one end first.

Pull the opposite end super taunt and staple across. Repeat process on next side.

Miter the corners tucking in excess fabric and stapling it down.

Cut away extra fabric so the bottom is nice and neat! 👍🏽

Reattach the legs and the cushion. This will vary with each bench style.
