How toQuick Stew Beef

Add a couple of table spoons of sugar to oil ( I used peanut oil)

On a medium heat, allow the sugar to brown ( but not burn)

Add two pounds of cubed beef chuck to the “browning” and stir vigorously to coat and brown the meat

I added a few squirts of ketchup, beef bouillon seasoning and water.

Added some onions and carrots.

Added some potatoes, brought it to a boil. Lowered the heat then covered.

Cook on low heat for roughly 30 minutes.

Add hot pepper sauce to taste.

Enjoy with white rice, cauliflower rice, couscous or any of your other favorite starches.
