What you’ll need
1 package
Pasta (any type works!)
1:2 cup
White wine
2-4 tbsp
Olive oil
10-12, chopped
Mushrooms
1 bundle, chopped
Asparagus
To taste
Salt + Pepper
Place pasta into salted boiling water, cook according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large pan with 2-4 tbsp of heated olive oil, toss in garlic and vegetables of your choice.

Toss in 4-5 cloves of garlic

& a half cup of white wine

Allow white wine to cook down. Alcohol will cook out.

Add in salt and pepper to taste

Mix cooked pasta into sauce. Drizzle with balsamic if you want!
