What you’ll need
1/3 cup
Oats
About 2 tbsp
Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 scoop
Protein Powder
To taste
Ground Cinnamon
To taste
Stevia (the Brand Of Your Preference

Natural Peanut Butter
In a microwave safe bowl add 1/3 cup oats. Cover with water.

Microwave for one minute, remove, stir and microwave again for 30 seconds.

Stir and let it cool for 10 seconds, add one scoop of protein and stevia to taste, stir.

Add 2 tbsp almond milk and stir well until well incorporated.

Top with cinnamon and peanut butter - Optional top with goji berries and coconut flakes -
