Open space
Start in downdog, reach your right leg up and back on your inhale. Exhale draw your knee into chest

Step your foot in between your hands and bend and extend into your front knee

Bend into your front knee and shift your weight back into half splits. Move forward into a lunge.

Pull weight back again for half splits. Bend into front knee and step back into one legged dog.
4
Shift forward and back from downdog to plank to prep for next side

Stretch your left leg up and back
