Whoopie pie pan
Buy
Thomas Light 100cal Muffins
Salt + pepper
Up to 6
Eggs and/or egg whites
Sliced deli cheese
Deli turkey or chicken
Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350

Spray your whoopie pie pan with oil

Crack eggs or egg whites into your pan

Break the egg yolks

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes checking after 10

Store eggs up to 4 days in the fridge. To reheat: microwave for 30 seconds.

In the AM: Toast muffin and heat ingredients in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. Assemble + enjoy ❤️
