After you cover your cake with coconut, cut out the nose with a large circle out of fondant.

Cut out two smaller circles and eyebrows. A circular piping tip was used to cut out the circles.

Place buttercream on parchment and shape using coconut shavings. Repeat this for the ears.

Place fondant pieces on the cake by adding buttercream. Add white fondant details to eyed& nose !

Note: I scaled down everything as the dimensions were off due my small cake size!
