On two feet practice bending the knees (Plié) then rising to the toes (Relevé) finding balance.

Plié & as the back foot travels to attach to the leg rise up to Relevé. Practice balancing on 1 leg.

Head Spot: practice keeping a point of focus as the body turns around itself. Shoulders stay level.

Quarter Turn, Half Turn, 3/4 Turn. Try to balance at the end of each turn.Use the head spot to guide

Turning is all about finding your balance point (which changes daily) and takes a lot of practice.
