Slice 8 jalapeños and place in quart jar

1 cup white vinegar and 1 cup water

Add 4 Tb sugar. 1 Tb kosher salt, and stir

Bring to a boil then pour into jar

Tap down, add lid, and refrigerate up to 3 months
