Ground Cinnamon

Flour

Eggs
1 small
Banana
125ml
Milk of your choice
1/4tsp salt
Salt
Slice to fry
Butter
Add the flour to the porridge oats

Then add the sugar

Add the salt

Add the cinnamon

Stir ingredients

Mash and add the banana

Add the egg

Add the milk

Stir all the ingredients up

Set the mixture aside for 5-10mins

Melt butter and add sizeable amount of the mixture

Flip when golden brown

Garnish with desiccated coconut, strawberries and cream
