Fresh Mussels (or Frozen😉)

Curly kale
Italian herbs,

Clam Juice
Himalayan Pink Salt
500g - 1lb
Fresh Large Grey Shrimps
1 Small Onion
Half a lemon
Italian herbs
Turn the heat on to a large pan with 3 tbsps olive oil, the shallot and the chopped kale

Then the chopped onion

Add the chopped garlic

Add the diced roasted tomatoes

Add the whole clams

Some seasoning (herbs and salt)

The mussels I used frozen

The fresh peeled ad deveined shrimps

a cup of clams juice

Cover and let it simmer for 5 - mins

Add half a lemon juice

Ready to add the precooked linguine al dente

Give it 2 more mins and serve Hot!!!
