Ready Made Graham Cracker Crusts
1/2 tbsp
Lemon Juice
8 oz.
Plain, Cream Cheese
1 1/2 tbsp
Honey
1/4 cup
Nonfat Greek Yogurt (plain or fruit flavored)
Fresh Fruit
Brush crusts with egg whites.

Bake crusts at 375 degrees for five minutes, then refrigerate crusts.

Mix 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1 1/2 tbsp of honey, and 1/2 tbsp lemon juice until smooth.

Add a large tablespoon of cream cheese filling to each muffin space. Smooth down the tops.

Freeze until the filling is firm (approx. 15-20 min).

Top with fruit and serve!
