Find a comfortable seat, either the chair or floor. Sitting on a blanket or yoga block is an option.

Now sit, try to cross your legs and sit up tall.

Start to slow down your breathing, with even inhales and exhales. Eyes can be slightly open or shut.

Let your focus be on your breath. Don’t try to eliminate your thoughts, just try to control them.
