What you’ll need
1-2 pounds chicken thigh, thawed
Chicken
Handful, chopped
Cilantro
1 tsp each
Salt And Pepper

Tomatillos
1-2, chopped
Pasilla Pepper
1 tsp (couple shakes)
Cumin
1/2, chopped
Onion
Drizzle
Avocado Oil (or Olive)
1 tsp
Garlic Powder
Chop onion, tomatillo, pasilla pepper, and cilantro. Set aside.

Turn the pressure cooker on sauté.

Add oil to bottom of pressure cooker. Add chicken. Add salt and pepper. and sauté each side 5 min.

Change pressure cooker setting to pressure cook for 20 minutes.

Put onions, tomatillos, pasilla peppers and cilantro on top of the chicken.

Sprinkle with cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

When done, slow release the steam. Let sit for 5+ minutes before opening lid.

Serve as breakfast, burrito bowl, tacos, or as a stew!
