Use paddle and mix eggs, sugar, salt & canola oil. Using oil instead of butter. Heart healthy ❤️

YAS...mix goals!!! Make sure everything is combined well. Mix for 4-5 min on a medium speed.

Add the flour mix into the egg mix...a little bit at a time. Go slow!

Shape your dough.

Time to start baking. In the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.

Take the biscotti loaf out of the oven and let it cool for about 15 minutes before cutting.

Make sure to flour your knife so it doesn’t make a sticky dough mess.

Slice away and then put the biscotti back in the oven so it can cook through.

Dough not done? Continue to cook 5 min at a time. I cut them in half cause they were way too long.
