What you’ll need
1/2 cup
Tahini
Sesame Seeds
1/2 cup
Oat Flour
To taste
Maple Syrup
1/2 teaspoon
Baking Soda
Combine oat flour and baking soda in a bowl. If you don’t have oat flour, pulse oats in a blender.

Combine tahini and maple syrup in a bowl

Add in oat/baking powder mixture

Scoop out about 1 tbs for each cookie

Roll into balls then dip into sesame seeds

Flatten the cookies with your hands (or you can use a fork)

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes (or until slightly golden around the edges)

Enjoy after cooling
