What you’ll need
8oz
Pasta (I like Spaghetti Or Bow Tie)
Optional
Italian Sausage
Sprinkle to taste
Pepper
Optional
Baby Spinach
1/2 tbsp , more or less as needed to thicken sauce
Flour
Sprinkle in to taste
Italian herbs
1/3- 1/2 cup approx
Vegetable broth (I Like The One From HMart)
Chicken Strips
1/2 - 1 tablespoon or to taste (this adds tang commonly in cheese )
Apple Cider Vinegar Or Lemon Juice
Broccoli
Sprinkle to your liking on veggies
(Optional) Smoked Paprika
Sprinkle to taste
Pepper
Sprinkle generously to taste (1/4 + approx)
Nutritional Yeast
Sprinkle to taste
Sea salt
I like brown portabella
Mushrooms (sliced)
1/4-1/3 cup
Butter (vegan)
Sprinkle to taste
Sea salt
Heat pan and throw in mushrooms. Dry the mushrooms few mins before adding oil

When mushrooms are dry add in cooking oil

Add brocolli

Stir

Add cooked chicken

Give a little stir

Add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Remove when chicken is slightly browned and set aside

Rinse out pan & boil pasta with sprinkle of salt and splash of oil . Reduce boiling time by 2 mins

Remove excess water. Leave enough to make sauce

Add desired amount of Vegan butter (about 2 giant spoonfuls here)

Mix it in

Add generous amount of nutritional yeast

Add the veggie broth (enough to make sauce and for flavor)

Add a splash of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice for cheesy tang flavor

The starch from the pasta should be enough to thicken the sauce but if not sprinkle in some flour

Mix well and add salt, pepper , herbs (Italian seasoning or other)

Plate the food
