How toMake Vegan Chickpea Tenders

What you’ll need
2 Cans of Organic Chickpeas
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp Pink Salt
1/2 Cup Tahini
1/2 Cup Organic Chickpea Flour
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast & another 1/3 cup to coat
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Black Pepper to Taste
In a food processor, combine chickpeas until smooth.

Toss all chickpea tender ingredients in food processor & combine.

Once the batter sticks together, form a tender or nugget with 1/4 cup of chickpea mix.

Coat chickpea tenders with nutritional yeast and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake for 24 minutes at 400 D F. Flipping once. Broil for 4 minutes to get crispy tenders.

Remove from oven and let cool.

Dunk in your dip of choice & enjoy!
