What you’ll need
4 cups
Soy texture protein
1 tsp.
Italian herbs
1 cup
Diced Tomato
1/4 cup
Green Onions
7-8 (optional)
Green olives
1/2 cup
Onion
1 Tbsp
Grape seed oil
1/4 cup
Sofrito seasoning
1/2 cup each
Yellow and orange peppers
To taste
Pink Himalayan salt (or sea salt)
Add grape seed oil in a pan on medium heat, then add onions

Cook onions until clear, then add The spanish seasonings “Sofrito” cook that for a couple of minutes

Add tomatoes, peppers, Italian herbs, olives and salt

Cook for a few more min until the tomatoes and peppers are a little cooked.
