What you’ll need
2 6-8 oz. fillets
Cod Or Any White Fish
3 green parts cut lengthwise
Toasted Sesame Seeds
Coconut Aminos (or Soy Sauce)
Salt + Pepper
Chop Zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add avocado & sesame oil. Add zucchini & sauté until browned.
Once lightly browned, remove from pan.
In same pan, stir in aminos, rice vinegar & ginger. Add fish & bring to simmer. Cover & cook 6-8 min
While fish cooks, slice green parts of onion lengthwise. Add to fish in pan for last minute.
Plate fish, using pan sauce over top. Sprinkle zucchini with toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
