You’ll need: one cup organic Schizandra berries.

Organic raw honey to sweeten to taste.

Mesh cheesecloth or nut milk bag and glass bowl.

Mix berries with two cups of water and simmer for 30 minutes. Allow mixture to cool before moving on

Pour berry mixture into bowl with cheesecloth.

Allow liquid to drain, then squeeze as much remaining liquid out of bag.

Mix in desired amount of honey and stir to dissolve.

Once the syrup has completed cooled, pour it into a jar with an airtight lid.
