What you’ll need
Left over potato
Salmon fillet, spring onion, coriander or parsley
Momma Cherri’s Cajun Seasoning
Organic Valley Ghee
Mash your leftover potatoes

Add spring onion and coriander

Add Momma Cherri’s Cajun Seasoning and stir

Crumble the salmon fillet into the potato
4
Add your ghee to a hot pan and allow to melt

Form the mixture into patties and put into the hot pan

After a couple of minutes, turn the fishcakes

Plate up
