Prepare either springform pans (these are mini springform pans) , silicone moulds, or cake pans

For anything except silicone moulds, you’re going to line the bottom with parchment paper ✂️

Measure 2 cups Raisins, 5 cups Raw Almonds, 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder, 1 tsp Sea Salt 🧂

Combine Raisins, Raw Almonds, Cocoa Powder, & Sea Salt in food processor.

Process until roughly the consistency of coarse sand, scraping the edges and bottom occasionally.

Pack down 1” to 1.5” using Glass dishes wrapped in plastic wrap to avoid sticking.

Pack firmly!! Parchment tabs on a metal pan are important for easy removal.

Icing: combine 1 cup Tahini, 1/2 cup Water, 6 Tbsp Maple Syrup, 4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder, 1 tsp Vanilla.

Once mixed, pour on top of your cake(s) 🍰

Chill until icing has firmed. Top with walnuts, toasted or fresh coconut, date caramel or just eat!
