What you’ll need
3 cups
Raw Walnuts
1 tbsp
Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp
Chili Powder
1 piece
Chipotle in Adobo
1/2 tsp
Sea Salt
1/4 cup + more if needed
Water
2-3 cloves
Garlic
1 tbsp
Ground Cumin
Pulse raw walnuts in a food processor until a meal is reached and only a few medium pieces remain

Pour the walnuts into a bowl and set aside

Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor, adding water as needed, until a paste forms

Add the paste to the bowl of walnuts and stir to combine

Eat raw or warm in a pan and serve however you would ground beef! Works great in tacos.
