2 tablespoons
Cooking Oil

Salt
1 tablespoon
Honey
1/4 cup
Hazelnuts
1 teaspoon
Pepper
1 clove
Garlic
1 tablespoon

Defrost and pat dry

Season both sides with salt and pepper

Sear the pork chop on high heat for 2 minutes on each side.

Once seared, flip and sear other side.

Once both sides are seared, add pork chop to 400 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.

Smash, peel, mince garlic.

Roughly chop hazelnuts.

Combine hazelnuts, garlic, and honey in a bowl.

Add tablespoon of water and mix.

Transfer pork chop to plate, and mix hazelnuts with pan juices.

Combine hazelnut dressing and pork chop.
