How toMake Pistachio Chocolate Biscotti

Process flour, sugar, cocoa, chocolate chips, baking powder and salt to crumbs.

Add eggs and vanilla. Process until it starts clumping.

Gently pull the dough together and add pistachios. It May seem dry but that’s ok.

A nice disk of dough 😀. Cut it in half and press out to roughly 7x4 inch logs.

Place them on a baking tray then bake for 30 minutes.

Use a serrated knife to carefully cut slices.

Stand the pieces on their edges back on the baking tray

Back in the oven for 15 minutes.

Dip the ends in melted chocolate the scatter over pistachios. Let them set. Done ✅
