What you’ll need

Head of Cauliflower
¼ cup
Olive oil
First, cut your head of cauliflower straight down the middle

Slice away from the stem to break cauliflower head into florets

Keep florets in big pieces and slice down the middle of each one

Place florets face down on pan and drizzle with olive oil

Place in oven on 400 for 30 minutes

Take out of oven when they’re crispy - no need to flip!
