Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing
Red Onion, Tomatoe And Cucumber
Green Tea Soba Noodles
Cover green tea soba noodles with boiling water. Cover for 2 minutes.
Drain noodles and allow to cool.
Heat coconut oil in frying pan. Cut up tempeh and fry.
Dribble Tamari or Soy sauce on tempeh. Cook until fried.
Cut red onion, tomatoes and cucumber.
Cut up some avocado.
Combine all ingredients - add mixed leaves/mint.
