What you’ll need

Banana
1/2 cup
Mango (frozen)
Blender
1 cup
Almond milk
1 handful
Spinach
1 topped tbs
Peanut Butter
Supplements (optional)
I use 2 tbs Hemp protein, 1/2 ts Turmeric powder and 1 ts Acai powder
Measure all the ingredients

Put banana, peanut butter and almond milk in the blender

Add frozen mango

Add the powders (these are optional)

Add spinach

Pour it into a large glass and enjoy!
